What do healthcare management services cover?
Healthcare management includes developing hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supporting healthcare operations. The scope and deliverables are agreed around your organisation’s requirements.
What is health monitoring and evaluation?
Monitoring and evaluation reviews how a health programme is performing against its objectives. It uses programme information and agreed indicators to identify progress and areas for improvement.
How do health promotion and education differ?
Health promotion encourages healthier behaviours through campaigns and community engagement. Health education builds understanding through talks, learning sessions and workshops.
